Founded in 1994 by its Administrator, Malca Fass, its goal is to promote highly personalized care to clients in their homes with services that are designed to promote wellness, safety, and independence. Malca has been in the home care industry for 15 + years and quality and compassionate care was and always will be her mission. Malca, a mother of 7, graduated from touro and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After a neighbor of hers took ill she was disturbed by the lack homecare expertise she received. So Malca decided to start her own licensed home care agency to perfect the quality of the home care industry. That Home care specialist was her first employee and continues to work on Quality’s team ever since. Homecare comes to Malca naturally as anyone can tell from her sweet personality and soothing tone. She has been successful ever since.

Shlomo Bistritzky, CEO, is also a NYS Licensed Paramedic who volunteers for an organization on his free time. In 1990, after graduating from Brooklyn College with a bachelor degree in Business Sales and Marketing, Shlomo started as a Marketing Director for a nursing home. After completing Paramedic school and working for an Emergency Ambulance company full time, he decided to go into home care as dealing with the daily medical needs of people was his expertise. He joined Quality as its CEO in 1995. A father of 7 beautiful girls, and 1 spoiled boy, Shlomo always makes time for them while making sure that QUALITY is what the company stands for. His knowledge in this field knows no bounds and he has helped the company’s growth ever since he joined. Maintaining patients well being while feeling independent is one of Quality’s themes.
