FromQueens:                       
Van Wyck Expressway to Belt Parkway. Exit at Flatbush Avenue. Turn left onto Quentin Road. Proceed until East 36th St.

From Manhattan:                       
FDR Drive South to Prospect Expressway. Turn left onto Avenue N. Proceed straight to East 35th Street. Turn right and proceed 2 more blocks.
